If the return/refund is a result of our error (incorrect item etc), we will take full responsibility. If the return/refund is a result of shipping damages or losses, we will liaise with the shipping company for compensation.

For buyers from Malaysia, you have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have proof of purchase. We may request relevant images. Once we received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund for you. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on the payment method. In some cases, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. In this case, shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

For overseas buyers, the return policy above may not be feasible. We may then request relevant images as proofs. Our team will access it on a case-by-case basis and provide a solution.
